Catch it early, fix it cheap.
A little prevention saves a lot of repair. Annual furnace and AC inspections catch the small stuff — a worn flame sensor, a weak capacitor, a clogged drain line — before it turns into a no-heat call at 1 AM. Customers on our Energy Savings Agreement get priority scheduling, discounted service rates, and a written record of every visit.
Maintenance
The shop, the trucks, and the playbook — all in.
-
Annual furnace inspection
Heat exchanger inspection, combustion analysis, blower motor amp draw, gas pressure, safety controls, filter check. Recommended once a year for any furnace over five years old.
-
Annual AC inspection
Refrigerant charge, coil cleaning, capacitor test, contactor inspection, condensate drain flush, electrical connections, airflow check. Best done before the first hot week.
-
Energy Savings Agreement
Two visits a year — one heating, one cooling — at a discounted bundle price. Priority scheduling when something does break, plus a 15% discount on parts and service.
-
Air-filter program
We swap your filter on the schedule that actually matches your system and your home (pets, allergies, dusty roads), not the generic 90-day default that ignores all of that.
-
Written inspection report
Every visit ends with a written report — what we checked, what we found, what to watch. No guesswork on when the system was last serviced or what the tech actually did.
-
Same-tech continuity
We try to send the same technician to your house each visit so they know the quirks of your system. Small-shop benefit you don't get from the regional chains.
